Communications: Records of your correspondence with us if you contact support.

We use your information to: • Create and manage your account and authenticate your sessions. • Generate AI-powered content, including posts, carousels, and songs, based on the prompts you provide. • Store and organize the content you create so you can refine, download, or copy it. • Provide customer support and respond to your requests. • Monitor for abuse, fraud, and violations of our terms. • Improve, maintain, and secure the Service, and develop new features. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your content or prompts to train AI models.

These providers process data on our behalf under confidentiality and security obligations and in accordance with their own privacy policies. content7x does not connect to your social media accounts and does not request or store social platform passwords or access tokens.

The Service uses AI models to generate captions, hashtags, and other content based on your prompts. The prompts you enter and the generated outputs are stored so you can manage, edit, and publish them. Generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate; you are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it. We do not share your prompts with other users.

We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual content items at any time. When you close your account or request deletion, we will remove your personal information from active systems within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws), you may have the right to: • Access the personal information we hold about you. • Correct inaccurate personal information. • Delete your personal information. • Restrict or object to certain processing. • Data portability. • Withdraw consent to processing based on consent, including OAuth authorizations.
